Senior Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner with a strong Scrum and Agile delivery orientation to lead cross-functional engineering teams. This role is accountable for driving predictable delivery outcomes, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and execution. While titled as a Product Owner, this position operates closer to a Scrum Lead or Delivery-focused PO, with heavy emphasis on flow, predictability, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience • Strong experience leading Agile and Scrum teams in a delivery-focused role • Deep understanding of Scrum ceremonies, Agile principles, and flow-based delivery • Proven ability to improve team predictability and execution consistency • Experience managing cross-team dependencies and stakeholder expectations • Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience operating in scaled Agile or multi-team environments • Familiarity with Agile metrics related to predictability and flow efficiency • Background working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and business leaders
