Position Details
Location: Hybrid. 3 days in the office per week located at 11711 W Burleigh St, Wauwatosa
Schedule: 40 hours. Monday through Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm & Friday 9:00am-3:00pm
Job Responsibilities
The Care-Plus Member Service Representative is responsible for the accurate and timely explanation of insurance products and supports administrative needs of individual and group CarePlus insurance plans.
Manage all aspects of member insurance plans from account management and registration of new member accounts, claims, EOBs, pre-authorizations to resolving discrepancies for Individual and Group policies Answer phone calls from external and internal customers to answer questions and provide assistance on benefit coverage questions, plan provisions, exclusions and limitations Manage all financial aspects of accounts. Collect premium payments, bank downloads, and balancing of daily deposits Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports as assigned State of Wisconsin Accident & Health intermediary license must be obtained within six months of hire Company Perks

Minimum of a high school or equivalent 2 + years of dental, collection, insurance, healthcare or similarly fast-paced, customer-focused environment is preferred Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) and ability to positively resolve conflict Strong mathematical stills and ability to accurately work with finances Technologically savvy, ability to work with several computer applications simultaneously Applicants will be required to obtain WI Accident and Health license
