Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Association Manager based in Orlando, FL, with opportunities to work from home on occasion. The Community Association Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of homeowner, condominium, and townhome communities. Responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with homeowners and board members, coordinating community meetings, managing budgets and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with governing documents and regulations, and addressing community needs efficiently. The successful candidate will also work with the TRIAD team to ensure seamless communication and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Homeowner Relations, and Communication
Experience in Community Association Management, Vendor Coordination, and Contract Oversight
Knowledge of Budgeting, Accounting, and Financial Reporting
Understanding Homeowners Association governance, compliance, and applicable regulations
Proficiency in using Association Management Software and other related tools
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Active Community Association Manager (CAM) license in Florida (required)
Experience managing multiple associations is a plus
