The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing luxury properties. Responsibilities include managing property listings, conducting showings, negotiating deals, maintaining client relationships, and staying up-to-date on real estate market trends. The role also requires collaboration with the team to deliver outstanding customer service and support client goals.

Qualifications
Possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of real property concepts
Background in Real Estate and Sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in technology, including CRM tools, real estate platforms, and virtual meeting software
Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site and remote work as needed
Knowledge of the Miami and Naples luxury real estate market is a plus
