Role Description This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Bergen & Hudson County, NJ. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities include advising clients on current market conditions, preparing and presenting purchase offers, conducting property showings, negotiating on behalf of clients, and handling related administrative services. Building and maintaining client relationships while providing exceptional customer service are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of practices related to Real Estate and Real Property
Proven experience and skills in Sales, with an ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach and the ability to build lasting relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Familiarity with the New York City Metropolitan Area real estate market is highly desirable
Proficiency in relevant real estate software and technology tools is a plus
