Role Description This is a role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Southington, CT. As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include showing properties, preparing agreements, conducting market analysis, guiding clients through the real estate process, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
Customer Service skills with a strong ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Active Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate practices.
Proven Sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a results-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
