Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Commercial Lease & Property Administrator located in Johnson City, TN. The role involves managing property leases, supporting tenant relations, coordinating property maintenance, assisting with budgeting and financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with leases and regulatory requirements. The Commercial Lease & Property Administrator will interact with tenants and stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience and expertise in Property Management and Real Estate

Strong communication and customer service skills for successful tenant and stakeholder engagement

Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis for property management responsibilities

Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills

Familiarity with lease administration and local real estate regulations is advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field is preferred

Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office applications
