Your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of rental accounts while building and nurturing strong customer relationships. Conducting early-stage collections (16 days past due) and consistently meeting daily and weekly collection standards. Ensuring account health and securing payment commitments using effective management tools. Completing assigned delivery and pickup routes as well as conducting account follow-ups. Providing exceptional white-glove customer service both in-store and directly in customers' homes. Driving sales growth and generating new rental agreements. Safely transporting, installing, and handling merchandise. Maintaining showroom standards and ensuring company vehicles are in good condition. Adhering to all company safety and operational guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to lift and move heavy merchandise. Comfortable driving a box truck. Capable of standing and driving for extended periods. This is a physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and standing. Enjoy a full-time position with Monday to Saturday hours, Sundays off, plus one weekday off.
