Leasing Consultant
to support leasing operations at
COAST at Lakeshore Commons , a modern residential community thoughtfully designed around nature, wellness, and connection.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, appreciates beautiful spaces, and takes pride in helping others find a place that truly feels like home. The environment is calm yet engaging, blending contemporary design, water views, and nearby parks and trails into a living experience that residents value deeply.

What you’ll do
Welcome prospective residents with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in their needs
Guide tours of apartment homes and amenities, highlighting light-filled spaces, outdoor areas, and lifestyle features
Build strong relationships with prospects and residents through timely, thoughtful communication
Accurately process applications, leases, and related documentation using modern leasing systems
Support marketing efforts by keeping online listings current, contributing to social media, and assisting with resident events
Stay informed on local rental trends and competitors to help position the community effectively
Serve as a trusted resource for residents, helping maintain a responsive, welcoming living environment
Requirements What we’re looking for
1+ year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
A people-first mindset and a passion for helping others find a place they love to live
Strong communication skills in person, by phone, and digitally
Comfort with social media platforms and modern technology
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Positive, team-focused energy with a desire to grow in property management
