is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the day-to-day operations of a small corporate legal team. The role will focus on contract management, corporate legal support, and assisting attorneys with a range of operational legal matters across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with the review, drafting, and management of commercial agreements, including confidentiality agreements and vendor contracts
Support general corporate legal matters and operational initiatives across the business
Conduct sanctions checks and assist with related internal compliance processes
Maintain and organize legal documentation, including contract repositories and internal databases
Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys across various legal functions
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support contract management and legal processes
Qualifications
MUST HAVE
experience supporting corporate or commercial legal matters in a law firm or in-house legal department
MUST HAVE
familiarity with contract review and general corporate legal documentation
Strong organizational skills and experience managing legal documentation or contract databases
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal team environment
