KLG Public Relations - is hiring a Senior Digital Manager to work across hospitality, culinary and lifestyle brands.

KLG PR is seeking a strategic and driven Senior Digital Manager to lead and grow the agency’s digital and influencer marketing capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and campaign execution who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of social platforms, digital trends, and creator partnerships, along with the ability to translate brand and PR initiatives into impactful digital campaigns.

The Senior Digital Manager will oversee the development and execution of influencer and social media strategies for high-profile clients across wine & spirits, travel, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, including campaign ideation, creator sourcing and relationship management, content planning, paid amplification, and performance reporting. The role will also collaborate closely with PR and account teams to ensure digital initiatives amplify broader brand storytelling and earned media efforts.

This position is best suited for a proactive self‑starter who is highly organized, creatively driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. The ideal candidate has strong industry relationships within the creator world, a passion for digital culture, and the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights that strengthen campaigns and client results.

Partner with senior leadership to oversee and grow the agency’s digital and influencer marketing programs.

Develop and lead integrated social media and influencer strategies for wine & spirits, travel, hospitality, and culinary brands across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

Concept and execute creative campaigns including influencer partnerships, brand ambassadorships, product seeding, experiential activations, and paid collaborations that amplify PR initiatives.

Maintain a deep understanding of social media platform algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and evolving digital trends to keep campaigns culturally relevant and competitive.

Identify new creator categories, content formats, and digital opportunities that strengthen brand storytelling.

Contribute to agency growth through new business proposals, creative campaign ideation, and pitch participation.

Lead creative strategy and execution for KLG PR’s owned social channels.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with PR, brand, and media teams to ensure digital programs amplify earned media, partnerships, and broader brand storytelling.

Influencer Management

Source, vet, and manage micro, mid‑tier, and macro influencers across multiple platforms using social listening tools, databases, and cultural trend analysis.

Maintain and expand a strong network of creators, celebrities, talent managers, agents, stylists, and industry contacts.

Oversee influencer outreach, negotiation, and contracting while ensuring partnerships align with brand goals and compliance standards.

Manage influencer databases and track creator performance, audience demographics, and engagement metrics.

Understand and develop appropriate budget allocation taking into account agency fees and influencer costs

Lead strategy and execution for brand social channels to support ongoing PR, marketing, and campaign initiatives.

Develop brand tone of voice and social presence aligned with target audiences and platform best practices.

Guide day‑to‑day content planning and publishing, including short‑form video, static posts, and reactive cultural content.

Lead community management strategy on social platforms, ensuring the brand presence and TOV stay consistent

Monitor platform trends and audience behaviors to identify new opportunities for storytelling and community engagement.

Provide Meta paid ads recommendations, keeping in mind the available budget

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on social strategy, influencer partnerships, and platform best practices.

Campaign Execution & Management

Own end‑to‑end execution of influencer and social campaigns—from creator sourcing and content briefing to publishing, amplification, and reporting.

Oversee both organic influencer collaborations and paid partnerships, including whitelisting and creator amplification.

Manage product seeding, campaign timelines, creative briefs, and content capture plans.

Support paid social initiatives, including Meta ad management, boosting, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns deliver on brand objectives and KPIs.

Develop creative content capture plans for campaigns, influencer partnerships, and events to ensure assets are optimized for social storytelling and paid amplification.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance across influencer and social initiatives to provide actionable insights for next steps

Monitor KPIs and digital performance metrics, including engagement, reach, sales, and audience growth.

Manage influencer contracts, campaign budgets, payment processes, and documentation.

Prepare and present campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or social media strategy, preferably within wine & spirits, travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.

Proven success in developing and executing influencer and social campaigns from concept through reporting.

Strong network within the influencer industry

Experience with influencer marketing and social management tools (Sprout Social experience a plus).

Affiliate Marketing knowledge a plus

Proficiency with content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Photoshop.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Strategic thinker with a passion for social media, pop culture, and emerging trends.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize digital strategy.
