Job Description
The Kitchen Project Specialist supports the store by prioritizing Knowledgeable Help, Easy to Shop showrooms, Efficient Service, and Product Availability. Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assess their kitchen project needs. Provide information on products and services, make purchasing recommendations, and schedule additional appointments and consultations. Offer quick designs for in-stock cabinet options, assess stock levels, and perform light pack-down and pack-out activities. Focus on products, samples, and brochures within the showroom to make it easy to shop. Drive sales to support department and store goals. Safety and Environment
Maintain a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards or reporting conditions to the Manager On Duty, and working safely so as not to endanger employees, vendors, or customers.
