Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Rome, Ga. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with prospective clients, generating leads, conducting market research to identify business opportunities, and maintaining exceptional customer service. The role also involves planning and participating in community and networking events to increase brand awareness and business growth.
Qualifications
Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively establish and maintain client relationships
Analytical Skills for understanding market trends and evaluating business strategies
Proficiency in sales techniques and relationship management is a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
Experience in business development, sales, or marketing is a significant advantage
Willingness to work on-site in Rainbow City, AL
