
Business Development Specialist - Outside Sales

We are looking for a professional Outside Sales Representative that is ready to build relationships with existing and new customers, and to promote all aspects of Aim’s service lines. Manage the entire life cycle of the sales from prospects and initial contacts to closing deals and fostering long-term client relationship.
Proactively identify and pursue B2B customers to generate new accounts and sales volumes for Aim Transportation’s Full-Service Lease Programs, Maintenance and Rental product lines
Maintain business to business customers with daily objectives in cold calls and area canvassing.
Actively manage a sales pipeline, track leads and generate consistent proposals for various contractual product lines.
Responsibilities include daily/weekly sales calls, write proposals, secure contracts, oversee on-boarding of new accounts and grow existing accounts.
Develop and present sales proposals to prospects and customers for all contractual product lines including full-service truck leasing,
Business Development Specialist will need to reside in close proximity to Landover, MD.

Requirements:
2+ years of outside sales experience preferred (Business to Business)
Strong self-manager, comfortable taking initiative and making things happen
