We are looking for a
Residential Sales Consultant
who is motivated, professional, and committed to helping homeowners improve their homes through a consultative, trust-based sales approach.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured process, enjoys meeting homeowners, and is confident guiding customers through decisions that lead to successful project outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners to evaluate interior and exterior painting projects
Conduct on-site consultations and provide professional recommendations
Prepare accurate proposals using our proven sales process
Build trust with homeowners through attentive listening and clear communication
Follow a structured sales system designed to create excellent customer experiences
Confidently ask for the sale and close projects when appropriate
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution
Represent the CertaPro brand with professionalism and integrity
