Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients. The Business Development Executive will also strategize on ways to expand the company’s market presence, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong capability in Business practices and strategies
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Account Management and client retention
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
Background in relevant industries or services is a plus
Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
