At innoscripta, you join as a Business Development Representative at a pivotal moment: we are expanding into the

U.S. market , with teams being built in

New York and Florida .

You will take an active role in introducing our software and services to leading U.S. companies, generating qualified pipeline, and laying the foundation for long-term market expansion.

This is a high-energy, performance and outbound-driven position offering visibility, ownership, and career growth.

Your Responsibilities

Generate qualified pipeline through structured outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, events, conferences)

Identify and engage target accounts within manufacturing, engineering, technology, and innovation-driven industries

Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and qualify opportunities

Map decision-makers and buying committees in complex B2B environments

Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to refine go-to-market messaging for the U.S. market

Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene

Represent innoscripta professionally in all prospect interactions

This role directly contributes to pipeline creation and revenue growth in the U.S. market.

Your Profile

1–3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound B2B sales (SaaS or complex services preferred)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business development, or a related field

Comfortable with cold outreach and high daily activity levels

Strong communication skills and confidence engaging decision-makers

Interest in innovation, technology, engineering, or compliance-driven industries

Structured, disciplined, and performance-oriented mindset

Self-starter mentality, especially important in a market expansion phase

Based in or willing to work on-site in New York (Manhattan)

Enterprise prospecting experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation

Base salary of

$60,000

Target variable compensation of

$25,000

Total on-target earnings (OTE):

$85,000

Uncapped commission structure with monthly accelerators

Compensation represents a

good faith estimate

for this position in New York at the time of posting and may vary based on experience, qualifications, and business needs.
