Area Sales Manager – PPE / Workwear (South West)
Join a well-established British PPE/workwear manufacturer with a strong global brand. Covering the South West, you’ll manage and grow an existing customer base while developing new business with industrial end users. This role involves pipeline ownership, account development, product introduction, and hitting sales targets, with approx. two overnight stays per month.
Requirements
3+ years’ PPE/workwear sales experience
Background with a brand, distributor, or reseller
Proven sales development & account management skills
Stable career history
Based in the South West (e.g. Cardiff, Bristol, Swindon)
Responsibilities
Grow and retain accounts
Upsell/cross-sell and build relationships
Prospect and manage pipeline
Plan visits and manage diary
Maintain reporting/admin standards
Launch new products
Package £40-45k + 20% OTE, hybrid car/allowance, pension, 25 days holiday, mobile, laptop, discounts
