Regional Marketing Coordinator – Ogunquit, ME
Location: Southern Maine (Ogunquit/York area)
Job Summary The Regional Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across a portfolio of hotel properties in the Ogunquit and York, Maine area. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role responsible for coordinating marketing activities, gathering and organizing content, and supporting campaign deployment across email, social media, and on‑property materials.
This role works closely with on‑site hotel teams and the Corporate Marketing Department to ensure timely, accurate, and brand‑aligned marketing execution across all properties.
Candidates must be based in Southern Maine and able to travel locally between properties as needed.
Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign & Marketing Execution
Assist in the coordination and execution of local marketing campaigns across multiple hotel properties
Draft and format localized email campaigns using internal platforms (e.g., Toast), ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission for corporate review
Support the creation and coordination of marketing collateral (flyers, signage, event materials) in alignment with brand standards
Help maintain organized marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of promotions, events, and seasonal initiatives
2. Content Creation & On‑Site Support
Visit hotel properties regularly to gather marketing content, including photos and short‑form video for use across marketing channels
Capture on‑site events, property updates, and seasonal offerings to support ongoing marketing efforts
Assist in curating and organizing social media content, including user‑generated content where appropriate
Ensure all content and assets are properly stored, labeled, and accessible for the Corporate Marketing team
3. Coordination Across Properties
Act as a key point of coordination between hotel teams (Operations, F&B, Sales, Leadership) and the Corporate Marketing Department
Gather and organize details for upcoming events, promotions, menus, and packages across all properties
Track timelines, deliverables, and required materials to ensure marketing initiatives are completed on schedule
Attend regular property‑level meetings to stay aligned on upcoming activities and marketing needs
Onsite and Travel Requirements
This role will be onsite 5 days per week
Regular local travel between hotel properties in Ogunquit and York is required
Travel is typically within a short driving distance (often once per day between nearby properties)
Mileage reimbursement is provided
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Preferred Skills
Experience with email marketing platforms (Toast experience a plus)
Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Basic photography or mobile content creation skills
Exposure to social media content coordination
Understanding of SEO/PPC fundamentals is a plus
Hospitality or multi‑location business experience preferred
Compensation $55,000 – $65,000 per year
