Asset Optimization Lead

The Asset Optimization Lead is responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize the performance, utilization, and lifecycle value of physical assets across the organization. This role drives cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure assets support operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability goals. Essential Functions: Lead asset optimization initiatives across facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to improve reliability, uptime, and ROI. Develop and maintain asset performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools. Collaborate with maintenance, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to align asset strategies with business objectives. Analyze asset data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Oversee asset lifecycle planning, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and retirement. Support predictive and preventive maintenance programs using data analytics and condition monitoring. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and internal policies. Manage asset-related projects, including upgrades, replacements, and technology implementations. Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies. Provide leadership and guidance to asset management teams and stakeholders. Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful platform operation, development, and business continuity. Qualifications

Position Requirements: Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s). Proficiency in spoken English language. Position requires in-person, predictable attendance. Valid U.S. Driver's License required. Employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy. Education/Experience Level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field required. An equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree. 5+ years of experience in asset management, reliability engineering, or operations leadership required. Qualifications, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities: Strong analytical skills and experience with asset management systems (e.g., EAM, CMMS). Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proven ability to lead initiatives that improve asset performance and reduce costs. Experience with digital asset tracking, IoT, or predictive analytics preferred. Familiarity with sustainability and energy efficiency programs preferred. The Asset Optimization Lead works indoors in an office setting, primarily sitting for extended periods of time at a desk station, keyboarding and using repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and or fingers. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus while reading and staring at computer monitor. They will also need to speak clearly and audibly, as well as have the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and /or other sounds (e.g., building alarms) deriving from in person speech, telephone, or other remote speech. No adverse environmental conditions are expected. While in the office, the Asset Optimization Lead may be called upon to stand, kneel, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, crouch, climb, and lift; therefore, the Asset Optimization Lead should be able to lift 25 lbs. independently. Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
