We are currently looking for a business growth representative to drive new revenue by identifying opportunities, advising prospects, and converting interest into long-term client partnerships.

In This Role

Engage prospects through outreach, referrals, and inbound inquiries

Lead discovery conversations to uncover business needs and growth goals

Present and recommend service solutions aligned with client objectives

Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close new business

Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasts in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

We are looking for

Experience in sales, business development, or client‑facing consulting roles is a plus

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills

Ability to think strategically and sell solutions

Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
