Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ashland, VA, for an ECommerce Sales Specialist. As an ECommerce Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth through effective communication with clients, and supporting sales management initiatives. Your role will also involve training internal and external stakeholders to optimize the sales process and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
Proven experience in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience in Training and mentoring colleagues or clients on products or processes
Understanding of Sales Management practices and strategies to support team and organizational goals
Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and related software is a plus
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
