The Role The Senior Product Architect plays a critical role and is responsible for designing, architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions. This individual will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure our solutions align with business goals, technical strategy, and best practices.
Solution Design and Architecture
Design comprehensive, high‑level architecture.
Provide architectural frameworks and technical direction to ensure system scalability, performance, and security.
Create detailed architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints for development teams.
Oversee the integration of backend services with frontend applications, ensuring seamless API interactions and data flow.
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions that meet both functional and non‑functional needs.
Collaborate with DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment, operation, and maintenance of developed solutions.
Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices and guiding them through technical challenges.
Technology Evaluation & Innovation
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and platforms to recommend improvements that enhance the scalability, performance, and reliability of solutions.
Qualifications Experience Required
10+ years of progressively complex software engineering experience leveraging modern, mainstream frameworks and tools like React, Next.js, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role guiding the architecture and development of microservice and containerized architectures, where the required changes span multiple teams and/or departments.
Skilled in continuous integration and deployment using Jenkins, Git, Bash scripts, Maven, Gradle, Webpack, and WildFly application/web servers.
Expertise in RESTful services, API development, and integrations using APIGEE, nginx, and JSON.
Working knowledge of Apache Kafka for building event‑driven architectures and integrating microservices.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, relational databases (RDBMS) concepts, and dimensional modeling.
Skilled in planning how applications connect with databases, data warehouses, data lakes, and external APIs.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience designing and developing solutions that comply with accessibility standards and usability for individuals with disabilities.
Knowledge of security principles and best practices (e.g., OWASP Top Ten).
Solid experience with SQL and relational database design.
Experience Preferred
Experience with DataDog or a similar Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tool.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Gitlab, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools).
Preferred candidate is passionate about the hospitality industry.

The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $175,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
