Position Summary TheSrPricing Manager will lead the transformation of pricing across the IPS organization, building the structure, discipline, and analyticsrequiredto protect margin, enable strategic growth, and strengthen commercial decision-making globally.
This role will develop and institutionalize a global pricing operating model—moving the organization from a decentralized process to a structured, value-based, and data-driven pricing discipline. TheSrPricing Manager will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Marketing to drive consistent pricing methodologies, governance, and performance transparency across regions.
This is a high-impact role requiring both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution in a dynamic, matrixed manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Pricing Strategy & Operating Model Leadership
Design and implement a global pricing operating model, including methodologies, governance frameworks, approval structures, and decision rights.
Establish standardized pricing architecture, guardrails, and escalation processes across regions.
Lead the development and ongoing refinement of the Global Commercial Pricing playbook.
Embed value‑based pricing principles aligned to portfolio strategy and market positioning.
Pricing Governance & Organizational Change
Drive adoption of standardized pricing tools, workflows, and policies globally.
Ensure pricing compliance and consistent application of governance standards.
Monitor price realization, margin performance, and discount behavior; recommend structural improvements.
Serve as the central point of accountability for pricing process discipline and transparency.
Commercial Partnership & Execution
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product Marketing to align pricing strategies with pricing models and growth objectives.
Support margin analytics, scenario modeling, and risk assessments to support strategic pricing decisions.
Lead cross‑functional pricing initiatives to ensure timely and accurate implementation of pricing actions.
Analytics & Capability Development
Build global pricing data capture and performance dashboards.
Improve visibility into pricing performance, margin leakage, and opportunity capture.
Evaluate and recommend pricing tools and systems to enable scalable, sustainable pricing management.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of progressive experience in pricing, commercial finance, product management, or related roles within a manufacturing or B2B environment.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing pricing processes, governance models, or pricing transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with experience in margin analysis, pricing models, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Proficiency in pricing, software tools or ability to learn if needed.
Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.
Experience working across multiple regions or global organizations is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Ability to travel 15‑25%
