Job Description
Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite coordination and field oversight.
Help manage subcontractors, track progress, and support daily scheduling activities.
Conduct site walkthroughs, document work in place, and assist with quality checks.
Monitor safety compliance and help maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
Support material deliveries, site logistics, and equipment coordination.
Participate in punch list completion, inspections, and project closeout tasks.
Work closely with the project leadership team to learn best practices in construction management.

The Successful Applicant
1-3 years of experience in construction (field experience strongly preferred).
Exposure to ground‑up projects, ideally residential or multifamily.
Strong communication, time‑management, and organization skills.
Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow into greater responsibility.
A proactive mindset and commitment to quality and safety.
