JOB SUMMARY

Porter Lyons is seeking a multi-talented and digitally fluent Creative Brand Manager to lead visual storytelling, social media strategy, content creation, and brand communication across platforms. This role is both strategic and hands-on—responsible for creating compelling visuals, growing our audience, managing influencer and PR partnerships, and driving creative execution for both organic and paid campaigns. Reporting to the Director of E-Commerce, this role is a key player in building brand awareness, supporting ecommerce growth, and producing creative content that connects with our community and customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Own day-to-day social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Develop and execute strategic monthly content calendars aligned with launches, retail moments, and marketing campaigns. Actively engage with the community—liking, commenting, responding to DMs, and nurturing brand voice. Report on monthly social KPIs with actionable insights to grow following, traffic, and conversions. CONTENT CREATION & PHOTOGRAPHY

Lead creation of daily content, including product photography (flat lays, lifestyle, and studio), short-form video, and behind-the-scenes storytelling. Produce, shoot, and edit Reels and TikToks that align with brand tone and drive engagement. Work with the Founder to ensure all content/assets meet luxury brand standards in direction, composition, lighting, styling, and editing. Coordinate inventory, props, and styling needs to support creative output. CREATIVE DIRECTION & PRODUCTION

Concept, plan, and produce photoshoots (campaign, editorial, and seasonal), coordinating talent, models, locations, timelines, and shot lists. Work with the Founder on translating brand ethos into visual campaigns and moments. Maintain consistency across all visual brand touchpoints, from social to signage. INFLUENCER, PR, & PARTNERSHIPS

Manage influencer and UGC creator outreach, gifting, and deliverables to support social growth and sales. Develop partnerships with brands, creators, and community to drive traffic and visibility. Coordinate with external PR representatives to ensure timely, on-brand communication and press coverage. PAID MEDIA & DIGITAL CAMPAIGN SUPPORT

Design and produce static and motion assets for paid social campaigns and digital ads. Collaborate with Director of E-Commerce on campaign performance and creative optimization. Maintain and update evergreen Klaviyo email flows as needed with fresh, seasonal content. EMAIL, WEBSITE, & COLLATERAL DESIGN

Create and layout emails (2x/week) and SMS graphics for product launches, events, and promotions. Design print and digital collateral including retail signage, postcards, line sheets, and storefront window displays. Own website updates, homepage refreshes, and landing page creation using Shopify tools. VALUE + SKILL SET

2–4 years experience in creative content production, brand storytelling, or social media. Strong portfolio demonstrating product photography, short-form video, and brand-aligned visuals. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and phone video editing tools. Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Ad Manager, and email design best practices. Highly organized with a creative eye and an entrepreneurial spirit. Experience with press outreach or PR coordination is a plus. Passion for fashion, luxury, or fine jewelry is a major bonus.
