
Marketing Coordinator / Lead Generation Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support lead generation initiatives and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will assist with executing marketing campaigns, maintaining CRM systems, and collaborating with the sales team to develop innovative strategies that increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, campaign tracking, and CRM management
Manage and coordinate sales incentive programs throughout the year
Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop content that generates new leads
Participate in marketing strategy and creative brainstorming sessions
Develop and maintain company websites, newsletters, and social media campaigns
Identify and propose new internal and external initiatives to increase brand awareness and visibility
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with lead generation and database management
Graphic design experience for creating marketing materials
Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and
Google Analytics

Experience with

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $65,000-85,000 base + commission
Medical, Dental, AD&D, and Life insurance following 60 days of employment
A 401k package is available following 6 months of employment
