Job Summary:
The Creative Marketing Manager will drive Salad Station’s brand presence by leading creative development, campaign execution, and content production across all marketing channels. This role oversees the
concepting, design, and production of marketing assets
— including print promotional materials, digital content, and professional photography — while managing email marketing, app campaigns, website updates, and LTO rollouts. The Creative Marketing Manager will also support social media initiatives through content planning, production, and execution while ensuring visuals and messaging align with the overall brand strategy. In partnership with franchisees, this role helps deliver creative solutions and marketing resources that drive traffic, increase guest engagement, and maintain brand consistency across the system. A

Creative Management & Asset Development
Lead concepting, design, and execution of all creative projects, campaigns, and LTO rollouts. Provide strategic marketing input during campaign planning, helping shape creative concepts, messaging, and overall campaign direction. Approach creative development with a strategic mindset, considering the purpose, audience, and channel behind each asset to ensure it supports campaign goals. Oversee professional photography and videography for LTOs, catering, and other key marketing initiatives. Responsible for developing all creative assets needed to support new menu launches and limited-time offers (LTOs). Design and produce all POP, digital assets, and supporting creative for campaigns. Translate marketing objectives into cohesive creative strategies and visual assets. Ensure brand standards and visual consistency are maintained across all materials. Support video, photo, and social media content shoots as needed. Track all tasks and deadlines via Notion or other tools. Email, Push, and Website Marketing
Create and manage all brand-wide email blasts and automated loyalty campaigns. Design and schedule push notifications and app campaigns to drive engagement. Update website and online ordering imagery to align with current campaigns. Lead and manage the creative marketing team, overseeing workflow, providing creative direction, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brand. Assist in developing visual concepts and creative direction for content that supports key campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling. Support the execution of social media content, including preparing graphics, photography, videography, and other visual assets as needed. Provide input during content planning sessions to help generate fresh, on-trend ideas that drive engagement and brand awareness. Help maintain consistency across platforms by ensuring visuals and messaging stay aligned with brand guidelines. Franchisee Support
Develop and maintain templated creative assets for franchisee use. Anticipate franchisee needs to proactively create assets that drive traffic and sales. Ensure brand consistency across all creative produced at the store level. Local Store Marketing (LSM) Support
Collaborate with the Local Store Marketer to plan and execute LSM strategies that drive community engagement and guest traffic. Create creative guides, asset kits, and/or other design materials needed to support franchisee-driven activations. Assist in the execution of Lettuce Help (giveback) initiatives and other community-focused programs. Assist in measuring program effectiveness and report results to leadership. Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in creative design, marketing, or brand management. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Proven experience in graphic design, and creating digital assets, including email campaigns, website content, and other marketing materials. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills. Photography experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field (or qualifying experience) Salary range starting at 43,000 (depending on experience) Full-time, in-person (Hammond corporate office)
