What You’ll Do:
Design and lead diverse, engaging activities tailored to the interests and abilities of fully mobile residents — from social events and fitness classes to outings, games, and cultural experiences
Collaborate with residents to create programs that match their lifestyles, goals, and passions
Organize special events, trips, and celebrations that foster community, connection, and fun
Inspire and mentor activity staff, volunteers, and interns to deliver the highest level of engagement and creativity
Promote independence, wellness, and lifelong learning for all residents
What We’re Looking For:
A Recreational Therapy degree is preferred.
Experience working in senior living, independent living, or similar settings preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Creativity, energy, and a passion for helping seniors thrive outside the traditional “arts & crafts” model
