Creative Event Producer (Luxury Events & Installations) A design-driven event studio in Los Angeles is seeking a Creative Event Producer to lead the planning and execution of high-end floral environments for weddings, social celebrations, and large-scale events.

Our work sits at the intersection of floral design, interior styling, and immersive installations, and we are known for pushing creative ideas forward rather than following trends.

This role works closely with the studio’s Owner & Creative Director and sits at the intersection of design, client experience, and event production.

We are looking for someone who combines strong visual sensibility with exceptional organizational ability and who can translate design ideas into beautifully executed events.

Ensure all project details are clearly documented and communicated internally

Creative Direction & Design Oversight

Guide the design team when adjustments are needed to better align with client expectations

Ensure final installations reflect the studio’s aesthetic standards and creative voice

Inspire the design team to push ideas forward and think creatively

Maintain a strong visual perspective across all projects

Production Coordination

Prepare detailed event production schedules and installation plans

Coordinate with the floral design team, warehouse staff, and logistics team

Track floral orders, rentals, and materials required for each event

On-Site Execution

Lead event installations and breakdowns

Direct freelance staff and support the design team on site

Ensure final installations reflect the creative vision and standards of the studio

Design Sensibility We are looking for someone who is visually curious and culturally engaged.

The right candidate draws inspiration from fashion, interiors, architecture, art installations, and contemporary design, and brings that perspective into event environments.

You should feel comfortable guiding a creative team, refining design details, and ensuring the final installation reflects both the client’s vision and the studio’s aesthetic standards.

4+ years experience in events, luxury hospitality, floral design, or creative production

Strong organizational and project management skills

Strong personal sense of style and visual awareness
