Job Overview The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in supporting programmatic and paid social media execution and optimization across various inventory types to achieve brand and business objectives. This hybrid role requires a combination of in-office and remote work, with a focus on media planning, reporting, and ensuring compliance in media buys and invoicing.
Responsibilities
Input media buys into the billing system.
Support reconciliation of media buys and invoicing, ensuring compliance.
Assist with pacing, ad hoc reporting, and media plan actualizations.
Collaborate closely with Digital Media team members across various domains such as Consumer, Brand, Business, Search, Social, and Analytics.
Manage workflows to ensure projects are correctly handled from start to finish, on time and within budget.
Set and manage expectations with stakeholders and departmental teams, negotiating timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Two or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in programmatic and search media strategy and investment, preferably in marketer/agency/consultative services.
Hands‑on experience with media planning technology platforms such as Media Ocean and Prisma.
Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Tableau.
Experience in budget management, invoice approvals, and monitoring approval workflows.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Desired Skills
A degree in marketing or a related field.
Two or more years of experience in programmatic and/or paid social media.
Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and influence across divisions, departments, and teams.
Knowledge of advertising channels such as TV, audio, OOH, Display (desktop, mobile), Digital Video, and Social Media.
Comfortable working with large datasets and databases.
Skilled at pulling reports and analyzing data for trends.
Experience with media buying and media accounting solutions like Media Ocean and Prisma.
Proficiency in production SaaS platforms such as Prodigy.
Pay Range $35hr- $38hr on w2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
