Job Location
CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES
Job Description Co-Ho (Content House) is the internal advertising agency inside the Personal Care division within P&G. We’re searching for a sharp, strategic Advertising Copywriter who understands that great copy doesn’t just sound clever—it sells, persuades, and creates genuine connections between brands and people. You’ll craft words that stop thumbs mid‑scroll, turn browsers into buyers, and transform marketing messages into cultural moments.
In this role, you’ll develop copy across the full spectrum of advertising channels, from punchy short‑form social, radio, TV, and print ads. You’ll partner with designers, strategists, and account teams to create integrated campaigns that balance creativity with commercial effectiveness. This isn’t a position for writers who want to live in isolation—you’ll thrive on collaboration, feedback, and the iterative creative process. You won’t see AI as a threat but a tool to enhance your copy and write from different perspectives and in different voices. Strong prompting skills are a must.
If you can write a headline that makes people feel something, body copy that builds an airtight case, and calls‑to‑action that actually inspire action, let’s talk.
Key Responsibilities
Conceive and execute original copy across multiple advertising formats, including digital ads, social media content, video scripts, print campaigns, and out‑of‑home advertising. Own the verbal identity of campaigns from initial brainstorming through final delivery, ensuring every word serves a strategic purpose.
Collaborate with art directors and designers during the ideation process to develop fully integrated campaign concepts where copy and visuals amplify each other. Participate in creative presentations, defending your work with confidence while articulating how your copy solutions address client objectives.
Conduct thorough research into target audiences, competitive landscapes, and brand voices to ensure your copy resonates authentically. Translate complex products or services into clear, compelling narratives that drive action.
Maintain brand voice consistency across all touchpoints while identifying opportunities to evolve tone and messaging for maximum impact. Develop copy guidelines, messaging frameworks, and tone‑of‑voice documentation that enable scalability without dilution.
Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, adapting your writing style to serve different brands, industries, and objectives. Edit and proofread meticulously—typos are not just embarrassing, they’re brand credibility killers.
Stay obsessively current with cultural trends, internet vernacular, platform‑specific best practices, and the evolving advertising landscape. Bring fresh references and unexpected angles to every brief.
What We Offer

A supportive, diverse team committed to excellence.
