An Entertainment brand seeking a highly organized and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of cross-platform marketing campaigns for a leading entertainment organization. This role is ideal for a proactive marketing professional who combines creative thinking with strong business acumen and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will help manage campaign assets, track marketing initiatives, and support integrated promotional efforts across multiple channels. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Hybrid, onsite in Burbank, CA

3+ months

$24-27 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and cross-platform promotional initiatives designed to drive awareness and audience engagement.

Maintain and update marketing plans, campaign briefs, production charts, and delivery timelines to ensure teams and partners are aligned on project milestones and deadlines.

Manage the organization, distribution, and tracking of marketing assets, ensuring all creative materials are stored and shared efficiently across teams.

Coordinate creative requests with internal creative teams and route materials through the appropriate review and approval processes, including legal and marketing stakeholders.

Track and maintain campaign budgets and reporting documents, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Compile campaign updates and performance data into clear presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.

Assist with the distribution of updated creative asset packages and marketing materials to partners and team members on a weekly basis.

Maintain project documentation and ensure that campaign details are communicated clearly to relevant departments and partners.

Attend team meetings, capture key notes and updates, and track project status across multiple initiatives.

Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and conference room bookings.

Contribute creative ideas and support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Strong computer proficiency on Mac and Windows platforms, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, internal teams, and external partners.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Detail-oriented and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams.

Understanding of social media platforms and emerging digital trends.

High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative when managing projects.
