Marketing Strategy Coordinator
24 Seven Talent, Burbank, CA, United States
Freelance | 6-month assignment | Onsite – Burbank, CA
A leading entertainment brand is seeking a highly organized, detail-obsessed
Marketing Strategy & Integrated Planning Coordinator
to support launch and sustain campaigns for preschool and kids/family content. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll keep campaigns moving, support a busy marketing team, and help bring beloved kids’ titles to audiences everywhere.
What you’ll do
Support development of marketing strategies and 360° campaign plans for preschool‑focused content.
Review scripts, cuts, and production schedules to stay on top of content updates and share key info with team leads.
Maintain and route internal marketing strategy documents, calendars, grids, and one‑sheets.
Conduct ongoing competitive and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.
Build and polish Google Slide presentations, including campaign decks for internal and external partners.
Partner closely with cross‑functional marketing and creative teams on asset requests, creation, and delivery.
Own meeting logistics: schedule sessions, manage invites and agendas, capture and distribute notes.
Keep shared drives and folders organized (Google Drive, Box, and other internal tools), ensuring assets are easy to find and up to date.
Track campaign milestones and deadlines so projects stay on time and aligned with priorities.
What makes you a great fit
1–2+ years of experience in marketing, brand, project management, or an advertising/media/entertainment environment.
Genuine enthusiasm for entertainment and kids/family or preschool content.
Proven strength in organization, project coordination, and follow‑through.
Comfort working in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail — you’re the person who catches formatting errors and alignment issues in decks.
Strong communication and writing skills; able to clearly summarize information and next steps.
Experience creating clean, compelling presentation decks to communicate initiatives and campaign plans.
Confident “managing up” — anticipating needs, flagging gaps, and keeping work moving without heavy oversight.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office; comfortable in a Mac environment.
Nice to have
Background in direct‑to‑consumer, agency, or entertainment marketing.
Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals (channels, mix, performance metrics).
Basic design tools exposure (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and an eye for visual storytelling.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
This role is ideal for someone who loves being the operational backbone of a marketing team — the go‑to person who keeps decks sharp, calendars aligned, assets organized, and campaigns on track.
