We are seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Part-Time Digital Advertising Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google and META platforms, as well as maintaining accurate tracking, reporting, and local digital presence. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, hands‑on platform experience, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Part‑Time Digital Advertising Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google and META platforms, as well as maintaining accurate tracking, reporting, and local digital presence. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, hands‑on platform experience, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities Google Advertising

Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple campaign types, including:

Search (SEM) campaigns — keyword strategy, match types, negative keywords, ad copy, and bid management

Display and Remarketing campaigns — audience targeting, creative strategy, and frequency management

Local Services Ads (LSA) — setup, verification, and ongoing optimization

Performance Max (PMax) campaigns — asset group creation and performance monitoring

Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages

Monitor and optimize Quality Score, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and other key performance indicators

Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize return on ad spend

META Advertising (Facebook & Instagram)

Build and manage META campaigns across all funnel stages — Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion objectives

Develop and refine audience strategies including Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and interest/behavioral targeting

Create, test, and iterate on ad creative formats (static, carousel, video, stories, reels)

Monitor campaign performance and optimize placements, budgets, and creative on an ongoing basis

Set up and troubleshoot META Pixel for conversion tracking and retargeting

Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

Implement and manage pixel and conversion tracking across all advertising platforms using Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Configure GA4 (Google Analytics 4) — including event tracking, goal setup, and audience creation

Build and maintain campaign performance dashboards in Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)

Export and synthesize campaign data into clear, actionable reports for internal stakeholders

Monitor attribution, UTM parameters, and cross‑channel performance to ensure data accuracy

SEO & Local Digital Presence

Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (Google My Business) listings, including posts, Q&A, photos, and review responses

Apply foundational SEO knowledge to support paid and organic alignment — including keyword strategy, on‑page context, and local search signals

Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency and citation accuracy across platforms

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, LSA, PMax)

2+ years of hands‑on experience managing META Ads Manager campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

Proficiency in GA4 (Google Analytics 4) — event setup, reporting, and audience configuration

Hands‑on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for pixel and event tracking implementation

Strong working knowledge of SEM fundamentals — keyword research, match types, Quality Score, bidding strategies

Experience setting up and managing META Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking

Proven ability to build performance dashboards and reports in Google Looker Studio

Experience setting up and managing Google Business Profile (Google My Business)

Solid understanding of SEO principles and how paid and organic search interact

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly

Excellent written communication skills for ad copywriting and reporting

Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience managing Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Amazon DSP)

Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Pixel setup

Experience with Pinterest Ads and Pinterest Tag implementation

Google Ads certification and/or META Blueprint certification

Familiarity with retail media networks and cross‑platform attribution modeling

Tools & Platforms Candidates should have direct, working experience with the following:
