UX Writer / Content Designer
is sought to shape and execute the content strategy supporting
client onboarding experiences across enterprise payment platforms . This role focuses on creating
clear, consistent, and user-centered content
that guides clients through
application flows, activation journeys, and self-service onboarding resources
within complex financial technology environments.
Working closely with
content design leadership and cross-functional product teams , the position ensures onboarding content aligns with
design systems, governance frameworks, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements . The role also contributes to building
scalable content patterns, reusable components, and standardized documentation
that improve usability and operational efficiency across platforms.

Pay: $68 - $75/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible
UX Writer / Content Designer Requirements
5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or digital product content strategy .
Demonstrated experience designing
application flows, onboarding journeys, and user guidance for digital products .
Strong portfolio showcasing
clear, user-focused writing for complex systems or enterprise applications .
Experience working within
design systems, content standards, and governance frameworks .
Proficiency with collaboration and design tools such as
Figma, Lucid, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms .
Ability to simplify complex processes through
plain language, structured content, and thoughtful information architecture .
Strong
stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
with product managers, designers, engineers, and business teams.
Experience working in
fast-paced product environments , managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality content solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in
English, Communications, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline , or equivalent experience.
UX Writer / Content Designer Preferred Experience
Background in
payments, banking, financial services, or other regulated industries .
Experience with
B2B or enterprise software onboarding experiences .
Familiarity with
accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA and inclusive design principles .
Knowledge of
AI-assisted content tools, workflow automation, and emerging content technologies .
Experience navigating
legal, regulatory, or compliance review processes
within complex organizations.
Familiarity with

UX Writer / Content Designer Duties
Design and deliver
clear, concise UX content
for onboarding experiences including
application forms, onboarding flows, welcome messaging, support prompts, and error messaging .
Develop
help documentation, FAQs, tooltips, and educational resources
that guide users through onboarding and platform activation.
Ensure all content aligns with
accessibility standards, regulatory guidelines, and plain-language best practices .
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of
style guides, reusable content patterns, and standardized onboarding content frameworks
across multiple platforms.
Identify opportunities to build
scalable content components and reusable messaging patterns
to improve cross-platform consistency.
Document
content decisions, design rationale, and governance guidelines
to support long-term knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
Collaborate closely with
product managers, UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders
to translate requirements into effective content solutions.
Guide content through
review cycles including design validation, accessibility checks, and legal or compliance approvals .
Participate in
design critiques, content reviews, and collaborative workshops
to improve user experiences and align teams.
Conduct
content testing and incorporate user feedback
