Hyatt Regency Toronto is seeking a detail‑driven and analytical
Revenue Analyst
to join our Revenue & Reservations team. This role is key in supporting our continued growth by helping optimize pricing, forecasting demand, and identifying opportunities that enhance overall hotel performance.
About the Role
As our Revenue Analyst, you will play a central role in
maximizing revenue and profitability
by analyzing data, market trends, and competitive intelligence. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure our pricing and distribution strategies remain competitive, accurate, and aligned with Hyatt standards.
This position reports directly to the
Director of Revenue Management .
Key Responsibilities
Analyze revenue data, market trends, forecasts, and performance reports to identify growth opportunities.
Develop data‑driven pricing strategies that maximize profitability and support business objectives.
Monitor the performance of revenue tactics and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support inventory management, demand analysis, and pricing decisions.
Conduct competitive set analysis and monitor market dynamics.
Forecast demand and prepare reports to support business planning.
Implement revenue optimization initiatives including dynamic pricing and channel management.
Regularly review the
STR Report
to monitor market share opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Hyatt’s corporate Revenue Management Best Practices and Self‑Audit Standards.
Provide cross‑department support as needed and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
What you bring
Post‑secondary education in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience in revenue management, financial analysis, pricing, or a related hospitality discipline.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
Advanced skills in
Microsoft Excel .
Experience with revenue management systems or BI tools is an asset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and critical thinking.
