Inside Account Support Order & Entry Specialist

to support our authorized dealers and sales representatives by entering customer orders in our system with precision, as well as providing service and support via phone and e‑mail.

This is a detail‑heavy, accuracy‑first role—perfect for someone who likes structure, organization, and catching errors before they become expensive problems. It’s also a communication‑focused position suited for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable interacting in a polished business‑to‑business environment. The ideal candidate communicates clearly and professionally in both writing and conversation, pays close attention to detail, and feels confident working with numbers.

The position is onsite within our manufacturing office environment.

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM

Position Overview The primary function of this role is accurate and timely order entry within a made‑to‑order manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Process incoming purchase orders received through multiple dealer PO systems and our internal ordering platform.

Carefully review orders, enter them, and audit for accuracy in pricing, quantities, product configurations, finishes, freight terms, and special instructions.

Prepare freight quote requests submitted by dealers or sales representatives.

Follow up on incomplete orders, respond to order status inquiries, and communicate professionally with dealers and occasional consumers via phone and email.

Maintain organized filing systems for in‑house orders, completed orders, and invoices.

Answer incoming calls when coverage is needed.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or GED required.

1–3 years of experience in order entry or administrative support preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Clear, professional communication skills both over the phone and in email.

Comfortable performing calculations and working with numbers.

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Consistent attendance and ability to work full scheduled shift onsite.

Exact industry experience is not required – we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a strong aptitude for learning.
