We focus on streamlining strict regulatory and standards compliance. Our tool, Oscar, acts as a central compliance engine, solving a highly expensive and time‑consuming bottleneck for engineering teams.
The Role We are looking for an independent B2B SaaS Business Developer to spearhead our business development domain. Your primary objective is to break into specific domains, build our initial pipeline, identify strategic target accounts, and execute outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead outbound business development efforts initially targeting the automotive software sector.
Identify and prospect key decision‑makers.
Execute cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate interest and qualify leads.
Manage and track early‑stage pipeline activity for the automotive vertical.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
Proven track record in B2B SaaS, business development, tech sales, or lead generation. Experience selling into the automotive sector (engineering, quality assurance, or compliance) is a massive advantage.
Languages:
Business fluent or Native German, alongside fluent English.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical B2B SaaS business development experience).
Skills:
A self‑starter who is highly comfortable managing their own outbound pipeline, cold calling, and navigating complex corporate hierarchies.
Compensation & Structure
This is a 100% commission-based freelance role.
You will earn a competitive commission percentage on every closed deal that originates from your booked meetings.
Remote, independent work structure with total flexibility over your hours and methods.
As the company achieves revenue milestones, there is potential to discuss a transition into a permanent leadership role within the core team.
