As we continue building out our strategy discipline, we’re looking for a Brand Strategist who can translate business objectives into compelling brand narratives and actionable creative direction.

Purpose The Brand Strategist at Hubble serves as the connective tissue between business strategy, creative execution, and client services. You will lead the development of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, audience insights, and strategic narratives that guide creative, production, and media decisions.
This role is ideal for someone who can think analytically, communicate persuasively, and collaborate deeply - ensuring that creative work is rooted in strategy and strategy is expressed through compelling creative output.
You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and market dynamics. You can move fluidly between data and storytelling, insight and execution. You are comfortable presenting to clients, partnering with creatives, and shaping strategic thinking that inspires great work.
You thrive in environments where strategy is not theoretical - but operational, collaborative, and accountable to results. You can confidently execute a rebrand for clients through all marketing channels and streamline storytelling.
Responsibilities Brand & Strategic Development
Develop brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for clients across industries.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover audience insights, cultural trends, and competitive opportunities.
Translate business objectives into clear strategic briefs that guide creative and production teams.
Define brand voice, tone, and narrative systems that scale across channels.
Act as a strategic partner to Creative, Production, and Client Services teams.
Provide strategic direction and feedback throughout the creative development process.
Ensure final deliverables remain aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops as a strategic lead or co-lead.
Campaign & Channel Strategy
Support the development of integrated campaign strategies across digital, social, experiential, and content platforms.
Partner with media and performance teams to ensure strategy aligns with channel execution.
Monitor performance insights and evolve strategy based on results and learnings.
Growth & Thought Leadership
Contribute to new business pitches, proposals, and strategic storytelling.
Help evolve Hubble’s strategic frameworks, tools, and point of view.
Stay current on cultural trends, platform shifts, and consumer behavior.
Logistical Requirements This role is based in Los Angeles and requires consistent in-person collaboration. Some travel and non-standard hours may be required to support launches, shoots, and key creative moments.
