
Regional Marketing Coordinator

Overview
The Field Marketing Coordinator will be a key player in supporting NearU’s local branch marketing efforts across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. This role bridges corporate strategy and branch-level execution, ensuring our teams have the marketing tools, events, and activations they need to drive customer acquisition and retention. Because our services are demand-based (not everyday purchases), the ideal candidate will understand how to market across multiple service areas, tailoring activations to create urgency, trust, and long-term customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities
Branch & Field Leadership Support
Serve as the primary marketing partner for assigned branch General Managers and Operations leaders. Align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and seasonal demand. Conduct regular check‑ins with field leadership to identify opportunities in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service lines. Ensure branch and internal teams understand promotions, financing offers, memberships, and cross‑trade opportunities. Support local market competitiveness through structured planning and proactive communication. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Lead rollout and localization of enterprise campaigns across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. Ensure seasonal promotions (tune‑ups, inspections, replacements, tax incentives, water heaters, etc.) align with operational readiness. Drive cross‑trade marketing initiatives to increase lifetime customer value. Coordinate with digital, paid media, CRM, and call center teams to ensure campaigns convert to booked revenue. Demand Generation & Revenue Support
Partner with operations to ensure marketing supports both demand creation and demand capture. Monitor inbound lead flow, booking rates, average ticket trends, and install pipeline. Identify underperforming markets and implement corrective marketing actions. Support membership growth and retention initiatives. Assist with technician enablement materials. Community & Local Market Activation
Oversee planning and execution of:
Home shows Community events Sponsorships Grassroots activations
Standardize local activation playbooks for scalability. Performance Tracking & Budget Accountability
Manage local marketing budgets across assigned markets. Track campaign performance, cost per lead, booked revenue, and ROI. Provide structured reporting and actionable insights to leadership. Recommend reallocation of spend based on performance and market dynamics. Qualifications
2+ years of marketing, field support, or administrative coordination experience (multi‑unit, service‑based, or demand‑driven industries strongly preferred). Highly organized, energetic, and detail‑focused with excellent time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple teams. Experience with customer‑facing service or retail businesses, especially those requiring trust‑building in non‑recurring, demand‑based purchase cycles. Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Willingness and ability to travel to support branch marketing activations as needed.
