Hybrid in the South Charlotte area - 4 days on-site and work from home on Wednesdays WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage and optimize CRM‑related marketing workflows helping support a transition from one platform to another. Build, execute, and support email marketing efforts including audience/list coordination and campaign‑related tasks. Track and report on paid media performance Translate marketing data into clear executive‑facing insights and visual reports that tell a meaningful story. Collaborate closely with content, SEO, design, and project management teammates to support integrated digital initiatives. Provide hands‑on support for the team’s broader digital infrastructure as the bridge between marketing strategy and marketing technology. HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED

3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, CRM marketing, or a related area. Hands‑on experience working in CRM systems Exposure to paid advertising Strong knowledge of email marketing systems and processes. Experience with analytics, tracking, and reporting including comfort with campaign measurement and performance data. Ability to create or support data visualization and executive‑level reporting with tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar. Preferred experience in home building, real estate, or financial services industries or similar.
