Customer Service Representative
Bond Distributing is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support retail accounts, sales reps, and drivers. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this role may be a great fit. What You'll Do Communicate with retail accounts, drivers, sales reps, and management Handle incoming and outgoing calls, enter orders, and manage order processing Support three Maryland distributors with timely, accurate service Set up and maintain retail account records Help retailers with web portal setup and ongoing support Stay informed about product offerings and communicate updates to customers What We Offer Pay: $15.00 $17.00 per hour (based on experience) Full benefits package including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid Life Insurance Company-paid Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), and AD&D Insurance 1 free tank of gas weekly What We're Looking For Strong communication and attention to detail Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Industry experience is a plus, but not required Excel experience a plus Drama free environment Strong ability to problem solve Take the next step in your career with Bond Distributing.
