
Sales Sourcing Specialist

GHR is seeking a Sales Sourcing Specialist to support our business development team by identifying and qualifying new sales leads. This role is responsible for proactively sourcing potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and outbound cold calling.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable conducting outreach to generate opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source prospective healthcare clients using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools
Conduct outbound cold calls and outreach to identify potential business opportunities
Research healthcare organizations and decision-makers to build targeted prospect lists
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or introductions for the sales team
Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking within the CRM system
Collaborate with sales leadership to refine targeting strategies and outreach messaging
Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and outreach effectiveness
Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales sourcing, recruiting sourcing, or business development
Experience using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools
Comfortable making cold calls and conducting outbound outreach
Strong research and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing initiatives
Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales is a plus
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Bullhorn, etc.)
Experience sourcing
healthcare organizations or healthcare executives
Strong ability to identify decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists
