We are seeking a

Human Resources Business Partner

to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, directly supporting the CHRO and aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role will lead a team of HR Generalists and oversee the full employee lifecycle across a multi-state environment, balancing strategic influence with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to drive workforce strategy, organizational design, and performance management Lead and develop HR team members while ensuring strong execution of day-to-day HR operations Manage employee relations, including complex issues, investigations, and conflict resolution Oversee onboarding, performance cycles, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state employment laws and company policies Support change management initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning Use HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness Qualifications 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or senior advisory roles Experience leading HR teams in a multi-state U.S. environment Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and employee relations Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
