We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Growth to scale our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels and help us bring next-generation care to those who need it most.
The Role
As the Head of Growth, you will own our end-to-end customer acquisition and expansion strategy. Operating in a highly regulated behavioral health market, you will navigate complex compliance requirements while driving aggressive DTC growth. You will be responsible for building our growth engine from the ground up, scaling paid and organic channels, and optimizing the full funnel to connect patients with life-changing treatment.
What You’ll Do
- Scale DTC Acquisition: Architect and execute multi-channel growth strategies (Paid Social, Search, SEO, and Partnerships) tailored specifically to the addiction recovery and regulated health sectors.
- Optimize the Full Funnel: Relentlessly test and optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion metrics to lower CAC while maintaining high-quality patient acquisition.
- Navigate Compliance: Design high-converting campaigns that strictly adhere to healthcare advertising regulations (e.g., HIPAA, LegitScript) and the highest ethical standards in behavioral health.
- Data-Driven Execution: Establish the analytics infrastructure to measure attribution, ROI, and growth KPIs. Translate data into actionable insights to inform product, clinical, and operational decisions.
- Market Expansion: Identify and unlock new growth levers, testing innovative messaging around our unique clinical value propositions and modern treatment methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven DTC Experience: 5+ years of experience in health tech growth marketing, with a track record of scaling DTC channels from 0 to 1 in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Regulated Market Expertise: Deep, hands-on understanding of customer acquisition within regulated health, wellness, or behavioral health markets. You know how to drive growth while maintaining patient trust and strict legal compliance.
- Analytical Rigor: Highly proficient with modern growth and attribution tooling. You base your decisions on unit economics, contribution margins, and real data.
- Hands-On Builder: You are a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable getting in the weeds to write copy, build testing frameworks, and launch campaigns.
- Mission-Driven Alignment: A strong drive to disrupt the status quo in the addiction recovery space and build a scalable business that fundamentally changes lives.
