The Community Relations Analyst temporary position reports to the Executive Director of Community Relations, this role supports the firm's U.S. corporate social impact initiatives. The Analyst will assist with employee engagement programs-including volunteering and employee giving-while also supporting grants administration, nonprofit due diligence, communications, and tracking/reporting of team activities. Description Coordinate planning, logistics, and execution of employee engagement and volunteer programs Liaise with employees, managers, and nonprofit partners Support major initiatives such as volunteer campaigns, donation drives, and global service events Create and manage volunteer opportunities in engagement platforms; track participation data Administer cultural benefits program and maintain partner relationships Conduct due diligence on nonprofit organizations Draft and distribute internal and external communications (emails, intranet, signage, social media) Monitor team inboxes and respond to employee inquiries promptly Support administration of matching gifts, volunteer grants, and corporate contributions Process grant and contribution applications and generate reports Coordinate with employees, nonprofits, and vendors as needed Profile 2-4 years of relevant or comparable experience. Prior experience with matching gift or corporate contribution programs, volunteer engagement, event planning, or collaboration with communications teams preferred. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly summarize information and respond to inquiries. Excellent organizational, event planning, and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel) required; advanced skills a plus. Experience with YourCause/CSR Connect and Blackbaud Grantmaking preferred. Demonstrated interest in corporate social impact, philanthropy, and nonprofit work. Job Offer Hourly pay in the range depending on experience and qualifications.
