Duties: Work schedule Hybrid – alternating 2 and 3 days in the office per week
Job Description The Community Relations Analyst is a full-time, temporary position beginning April 1, 2026 and concluding in October 2026. Reporting to the Executive Director, Community Relations, the Analyst will support the firm's corporate social impact activities in the US. In this role, the Analyst will assist with employee engagement programming—including volunteering and employee giving—while also supporting grants administration, nonprofit due diligence, communications, and the tracking and reporting of the team’s activities.
Key Responsibilities Employee Engagement • Support the planning, logistics, and execution of employee engagement and volunteer activities, including liaising with employees, managers and nonprofit partners and developing related communications. • Support signature employee engagement programs, including spring and holiday volunteer campaigns, donation drives, our global day of service, and other initiatives. • Create and maintain volunteer opportunities in the employee engagement platform (YourCause/CSR Connect), including tracking and entering employee participation data. • Manage the cultural benefits program, including relationship management with beneficiary institutions, responding to employee inquiries, and updating program information on the intranet. • Conduct due diligence on nonprofit organizations to be supported through volunteerism or philanthropic initiatives. • Assist with the development and distribution of departmental communications, including email announcements, intranet posts, signage, and social media. • Monitor team inboxes and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Philanthropy: • Support administration of the employee matching gift program (YourCause/CSR Connect), team volunteer grants and corporate contributions (Blackbaud Grantmaking). • Assist with processing grant and contribution applications, generating reports, and coordinating with employee applicants, nonprofit organizations and software vendors as needed. Skills: Qualifications • 2-4 years of comparable or relevant experience • Prior experience with matching gift and corporate contribution programs, volunteer engagement, events management, and/or collaboration with communication teams preferred. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external stakeholders. • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to summarize information clearly and respond to employee inquiries. • Excellent organizational, event planning, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications required (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel) required; advanced expertise a plus. • Experience using YourCause/CSR Connect and Blackbaud Grantmaking software systems preferred. xsgimln • Strong interest in corporate social impact (volunteerism and philanthropy) and knowledge of nonprofits.
