What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will act as the central conductor of Trimble's entire learning content ecosystem, directly influencing global product adoption and shaping the future of how our customers master complex technologies. You will transition a decentralized model into a high-standard, revenue-generating powerhouse, moving beyond basic administration to strategic leadership that demonstrates the ROI of learning. Key Exciting Responsibilities: Spearhead the global content monetization strategy, identifying and packaging premium certifications and subscription bundles to create new revenue streams. Act as the central gatekeeper and "conductor" for all learning content, ensuring every piece of media meets elite instructional design and branding standards. Revolutionize content creation by researching and integrating AI-powered tools to scale personalization and translation efficiency across the platform. Develop advanced reporting dashboards that connect learning activities to critical business outcomes like customer retention and reduced support volume. Partner with a diverse global network of stakeholders to coach and align their contributions with a unified, high-quality central strategy. Essential Skills & Experience: You have 5+ years of experience leading content strategy or managing large-scale, customer-facing Learning Management Systems (LMS). You possess deep expertise in adult learning principles and can articulately defend effective instructional design choices. You are a data-driven storyteller, skilled at connecting learning metrics (like course completions) to business KPIs (like product adoption). You are a master of stakeholder management, capable of influencing and negotiating with diverse teams from individual contributors to senior leadership. Bonus Points For: Direct experience with e-commerce and content monetization strategies within an LMS environment. Familiarity with AI-driven content authoring tools and automated personalization engines. Background in B2B SaaS or complex hardware/software technology companies. Hands-on proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, or advanced video editing software.
