We’re seeking a part-time Account Coordinator (20–25 hours per week) to support media relations, influencer partnerships, and client execution. This hybrid role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive PR professional who thrives in agency life and is available for occasional events and client needs in the Greater Cincinnati area and beyond. Key Responsibilities Media Relations & Outreach Draft and send media pitches and follow-ups Research and maintain media and podcast contacts Track outreach activity and responses Coordinate interviews, expert commentary, and media logistics Influencer & Partnership Coordination Research, vet, and support influencer & brand partnership outreach Coordinate gifting and seeding logistics Track deliverables and posting timelines Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers Client & Campaign Support Gather assets and approvals for pitching and campaigns Monitor and fulfill inbound media opportunities Support mailers, events, press days, and activations Reporting & Organization Track PR wins and coverage Maintain outreach dashboards and reporting tools Support weekly and quarterly reporting Organize client files and repurpose media assets What Success Looks Like Consistent Outreach Execution – Outreach is timely, organized, and aligned with KPIs. Reliable Account Support – Account Leads can depend on accurate coordination and follow-through. Efficient Workflow & Clear Reporting – Activity, wins, and results are documented, measurable, and accessible. Qualifications & Traits Based in the Greater Cincinnati area 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, journalism, or marketing Strong writing and communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Proactive, reliable, and comfortable receiving and implementing feedback Familiar with media, influencers, and social platforms Interested in beauty, wellness, lifestyle brands, and agency work Available 20–25 hours per week with reliable transportation and access to a laptop, smartphone, and high-speed Wi‑Fi Compensation This position is structured as a part-time, 1099 independent contractor role (20–25 hours per week), with hourly compensation based on experience and clear potential to grow with FACTEUR PR as the role and client portfolio expand.
